Questions teachers ask
A 6-digit code you share with your class. Students type it (or scan the QR code), tap their name and start reading. One PIN holds one or two readings and stays open until the end of the week, or until you close it.
Paid has no fixed limit on assignments. Fair use just means normal classroom use: a teacher giving readings to their own classes. If something looks unusual, we’ll write to you before changing anything.
Yes, any time, from Manage billing. You keep Paid until the end of the month you’ve paid for, then you move to Free.
Nothing is deleted right away. You keep one active class with 2 PINs a week, and results older than 30 days are no longer shown.
No. Students join with your PIN and tap their name. You add first names and last initials when you set up a class.
No. Each recording is checked and then thrown away. We keep only the result: the score, which words were read correctly, and a text transcript.
Yes. If your school wants to pay for several teachers, contact us and we’ll send an invoice.
